We work very well together to strategize art deinstallation, transport, and as needed reinstallation once exhibitions close. They are a full service moving company from furniture to pianos, but most important to us is their knowledge and care of art handling. They were able to get a walkthrough of my apartment scheduled promptly.Josh conducted the initial walkthrough of my apartment for the estimate. He was also very flexible with my constantly changing schedule, and was able to accommodate numerous scheduling changes on my behalf with no issues.Summer conducted the apartment packing, and was able to complete the job in under 4 hours for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. She did a thorough job of packing and conveniently labeling all of the boxes, and did so in a way that protected all of my belongings with no damage throughout the move. She also did not hesitate to ask me on my preferences of how I wanted items packed. She did a great job with neatly, carefully, and expeditiously packing my items.Koen and Cooper were the movers on moving day, and they also conducted the move in just under 4 hours. They were very friendly, professional, and courteous. They handled all of my items with care, and took the time to organize the boxes in my apartment. I love these guys! I can't recommend them enough. The owner texted and called me personally to arrange everything. We had a very short timeline and very limited schedule due to my wife's work schedule. They made arrangements like a champ. The crew showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and started busting it out immediately. They hustled all day and finished ahead of schedule exceeding my expecations. Each mover was courteous and helpful. When the team lead went to do the paperwork, the rest of the crew proceeded to unwrap furniture and fold moving blankets without even asking for their help. When they walked out of the room, my wife gave me the thumbs up and quietly whispered, "I love these guys! These guys are good!" Best customer service experience I've had in a long time.

We used Suseyi Pro Movers to move from Orcas Island to Bainbridge Island, a 100-plus mile move which included (4) ferries. From the first phone call, owner Sara Suseyi was professional, communicated all aspects of the move and pricing, took full control of the logistics to include the (4) ferries. Ms. Suseyi asked a lot of pertinent questions, the type of items to be moved and requested pictures to avoid the extra charge of sending an estimator to evaluate the size of truck and crew needed to complete the move. Despite the typical December Pacific NW rains the moving crew was on time, stayed in cell phone contact, courteous, efficient, and respectful of our property. They were in and out in less than 3 hours. Delivery to Bainbridge was the same. On both ends of the move I had the same crew supervisor “Chris” who clearly was a seasoned pro, respected by his crew and navigated any unforeseen issue. The final bill was less than the estimates from the better-known moving companies without nearly the hassle. Not a single item was broken or damaged. Moving is never simple, in my career I have done (8) full house moves, several cross-country. Suseyi Pro Movers & crew made the hardest part much easier without the typical moving company anxiety. I do not wish to move again but if it happens, I will call Sara Suseyi and Suseyi Pro Movers!

We've worked with Suseyi Pro on more than one occasion. The first time they moved us from our rental in Poulsbo into our home on Bainbridge with very short notice, on the day after Christmas. The movers were courteous and hard working. All of our items arrived in one piece and our home was left in pristine condition, including our newly refinished hardwood floors. Later that year we hired them to move a new treadmill purchased online into an upstairs bedroom. Again, the employees were prompt and the item was moved effortlessly into a room on a second floor of our home.In August of 2022, we hired them for another move on Bainbridge, again we received excellent prompt service. The employees are always polite & incredibly hard working. We have a lot of extra heavy items I use in a home sewing business, that takes more strength & many trips up and down stairs. There were multiple boxes containing heavy metal hardware & heavy rolls of upholstery fabrics and industrial sewing machines. We also have some heavy antique furniture, and had a two location move with some items that were moved into a storage unit during the staging of the home we were selling. They never have an issue moving heavy items or complaints while doing so! I appreciate this company & will use them again.

As the unloading proceeded, it looked very much like there wouldn't be enough room and we'd have to rent a second unit. The Suseyi crew just pulled some stuff out, rearranged it and made everything fit.

I have used Suseyi Pro Moving twice in the past 2.5 years, once for a move from one location to another on Bainbridge Island and once for a move from Bainbridge Island to Poulsbo. I had a great experience with them both times. Co-owner Sara was super helpful getting my reservations made each time and answering my questions, as well as confirming my appointments as they neared. She communicated expected fees and estimated time up front, so I knew what to expect. The moving crews were on time, super courteous, and efficient. No obstacle seemed to be too much; for example, in my first move they had to navigate a low-height parking garage and a long walk to the elevator, and they seemed unfazed. Clearly they've done this enough times that no item was too weird to wrap and move safely. I had no damages or broken items during either move. It's also worth noting that my first move was in summer 2020, at the height of COVID uncertainty, and the movers were masking up and being very respectful of theirs and my safety. I'd highly recommend Suseyi Pro Moving to anyone!

While I have never been dissapointed by the service provided to my clients by any local company, I have not had them blown away like Suseyi blew me away. I recently purchased my own new home and used Suseyi to pack and move for me. We got a solid estimate from them before we signed on with them. On packing day, they showed up right on time. We were embarrased as we had just both spent the previous week with COVID and didn't get a single thing packed or even cleaned up. They still managed to get the entire house packed out in one day while we spent the day with some camp chairs in our new home. The next day, again, right on time, they moved everything from the old home to the new home while we relaxed and they took care of everything. We have used Suseyi Pro Movers twice now and I cannot say enough good things! The first time was a residence to residence move that went off without a hitch. Nothing broken, everything handled with care and the team was very professional. The second move was MUCH more complex as it involved the illegal eviction of a family member from their residence of 20+ years. It's a VERY complicated situation but we don't need to get into those details for the purposes of this review.Upon arrival, the Suseyi team met the current inhabitant of the property. As anticipated, she was rude, uncooperative, meddling, bossy, micro-managing and made the move MUCH more difficult than it needed to be by loading GARBAGE into the truck when the movers weren't looking. Who does that?? Anyway, the movers remained calm and collected while most people would not have been able to entertain that type of behavior. In short, Ibrahim and his team made the very best of a volatile situation, remained professional and courteous, packed/loaded as much personal property as they were allowed and did it well and with care! I am so impressed and appreciative of the reliability of this company that I would give them 100 stars if I could. I won't hesitate to recommend and hire you again when moving services are required. It's been 9 months and I am now unpacked after moving from our home in Poulsbo to Gig Harbor. In short, we could not have moved without Suseyi Moving Company. In three days, Ibrahim and his crew packed and moved us without one breakage, and settled us in to our new home. This was a feat: we moved from a 5-bedroom, 4,000 sq ft home that had 40 years of our lives to a home in Gig Harbor. It went smooth. The crew was the best crew we've had EVER. They took apart technology and exercise equipment and put it all back together as if we had lived in our new home forever. They moved heavy antiques upstairs without a scratch on the walls or floors. They literally handled our entire move with kid gloves. It was the most incredibly professional move we've experienced. The crew was positive and jovial. We chose Suseyi initially because it's a local company and we'd had so many negative experiences with national moving companies - boxes and boxes of our things stolen, or damage to a lot of our appliances and furniture. I cannot emphasize just how professional Ibrahim is, and he runs a very exceptional team - they all strive to take the stress out of moving, and ensure that your move is without complaint. I have read in other reviews that Suseyi is higher in price - but they are worth every penny! Relatively speaking, they are not that much higher in their fees, and you don't have to worry about stolen or broken items or scratches and dents on your walls. Ibrahim truly cares about doing the best job and he is a pleasure to work with. Hands down, when we move again in five years, we are looking to Suseyi to take the stress out of what is normally one of the top five stresses in a person's life. Thank you, Ibrahim!!
